EPA further delays portions of Obama-era formaldehyde rule

EPA is proposing to delay the effective date of select provisions in an Obama-era rule setting formaldehyde emissions limits on composite wood products by several months in order to give industry more time to comply, following an earlier measure delaying the rule's overall effective date while the Trump administration reviewed it.
