EPA inks MOU with OSHA on new chemical reviews

EPA and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are pledging to deepen their coordination on TSCA reviews of new chemicals to avoid threats to worker safety, but the pact appears to exclude evaluations of existing chemicals even though EPA’s advisors have urged it to improve its work with OSHA on that program specifically.
