EPA OIG to audit remote work access

EPA’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) is announcing a planned audit into the agency’s preparedness for providing employees remote access to its services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The office detailed its plans in a Dec. 14 announcement that says the audit is self-initiated and addresses one of the “top management challenges” identified in a July 21 OIG report: maintaining operations during pandemic and natural disaster responses.
