EPA poised to propose surface coating, gasoline air rules

EPA is poised to soon propose rules to tighten limits on air emissions from plastic surface coating of business machine parts and from bulk gasoline distribution, after the plans cleared pre-publication regulatory review by the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) just in time to make a June 1 judicial deadline.
