EPA publishes 1-BP air toxics listing

EPA has published its listing of industrial solvent 1-bromopropane (1-BP) as a hazardous air pollutant (HAP) in the Federal Register , the first time the agency has added a substance to the list, setting an effective date of Feb. 5 for the precedent-setting action even as the agency cautions it is not judicially reviewable.
