EPA publishes final TSCA reform inventory rule

EPA is slated to publish in the Aug. 11 Federal Register its final rule that determines the universe of chemicals subject to the mandates of the revised Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), which will start a six-month clock for companies to notify the agency whether their production of chemicals subjects them to the rule.
