EPA raises fees for vehicle emissions certifications

EPA is increasing fees for vehicle manufacturers that certify in calendar year 2019 that their vehicles comply with air emissions and fuel economy standards under the Clean Air Act, noting that the agency's Motor Vehicle and Engine Compliance Program (MVECP) fees rule allows for annual adjustments in certification fees.
