EPA seeks small business input on slaughterhouse ELG revisions

EPA is seeking small-business representatives to weigh in on its planned rulemaking to rework Clean Water Act (CWA) effluent limitations guidelines (ELGs) for slaughterhouse and rendering facilities, as it moves toward a just-finalized target of proposing the revisions in December.
