EPA sends advance notice of 1-BP HAP listing rule to OMB

EPA has sent for White House pre-publication review a new version of an advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) on listing the solvent 1-bromopropane (1-BP) as a hazardous air pollutant (HAP) under the Clean Air Act, an action that the Trump administration floated but never finished that could lead to stricter air rules for 1-BP.
