EPA sends final fuels ‘streamlining’ rule for OMB review

EPA has sent for White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) pre-publication review its final rule aimed at “streamlining” its suite of fuels regulations, a rulemaking years in the making that the agency says should clarify and simplify the rules while removing redundant or duplicative provisions.
