EPA sends final ‘science’ rule for OMB review

EPA has sent its controversial final science “transparency” rule to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for mandatory pre-publication review, a measure that Administrator Andrew Wheeler has said will drive a process of writing tailored regulations for the agency’s program offices.
