EPA sends Great Lakes CSO rule for OMB review

EPA has sent for White House pre-publication review the final version of a rule outlining requirements for public notification of combined sewer overflows (CSOs) in the Great Lakes, a regulation prompted by language in the fiscal year 2016 omnibus appropriations law mandating that the agency develop new notification requirements.
