EPA sends site remediation air toxics rule for OMB review

EPA has sent for White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) pre-publication review its long-awaited final air toxics rule for site remediation, which will address regulatory exemptions from the air rule for federally overseen cleanups under other statutes, waivers that environmental groups oppose.
