EPA sets aside $12 million in FY17 for early retirements

Bolstering Trump administration plans to slash EPA's workforce, agency officials have set aside $12 million from its fiscal year 2017 budget to encourage early retirements or other departures from the agency, an amount that appears to be roughly comparable with recent spending to encourage such departures.
