EPA unveils largest brownfields investments

EPA is announcing its largest-ever brownfields investment to expedite assessment and cleanup of brownfields across the country using funds from the bipartisan infrastructure law (BIL) just weeks after officials indicated that funds from the law are helping them eliminate the cleanup backlog at “orphan” Superfund sites.
