EPA unveils plan to reduce Lake Erie nutrients

EPA has released its action plan for reducing nutrient levels in Lake Erie to meet commitments in a 2012 agreement with Canada, calling for increased agricultural management controls, testing of new technologies, and improved tracking and measurements of phosphorus loadings though it stops short of seeking new regulatory measures.
