Senate Democrats are poised to force a vote the week of Oct. 15 on a resolution that would repeal the Trump administration’s Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) greenhouse gas rule for power plants, a weaker regulation than the Obama-era Clean Power Plan GHG rule that the agency scrapped and replaced with ACE.
