Ferroalloy makers sue over revised air toxics rule

Ferroalloy manufacturers Eramet Marietta, Inc. and Felman Production, LLC, are suing EPA over its revised air toxics rule for the sector, after the Obama administration adopted a requirement to use a digital camera monitoring technology that industry views as unnecessary and a bad precedent for other industry sectors.
