Fiat reaches plea deal in criminal emissions cheating probe

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) will enter a guilty criminal plea and pay about $300 million to resolve an emissions fraud probe that EPA and the Department of Justice (DOJ) have been pursuing.
