Florida senators press Pruitt on water utility 'resilience'

Florida's senators are seeking additional assistance from EPA in dealing with water treatment systems that were overwhelmed by Hurricane Irma, noting several injuries and one death from contact with contaminated flood waters and asking for water infrastructure funding to be targeted at enhancing the capacity and resilience of water systems.
