GOP-led state group moves to back EPA’s ACE rule

A coalition of 20 states led by West Virginia is asking to intervene in support of EPA in litigation over the agency’s Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) power plant greenhouse gas rule, against a slightly larger state coalition challenging the measure.
