Groups craft model state EJ bills

WE ACT for Environmental Justice and the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia University are launching an initiative to help states pass environmental justice (EJ) bills addressing cumulative impacts and other key issues, each of which can be adjusted to fit specific needs.
