Honeywell to seek high court review of HFC ruling

The chemical company Honeywell plans to ask the Supreme Court to review a lower court ruling limiting EPA's authority to regulate hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants that act as potent greenhouse gases, arguing the ruling would slow the industry's move toward more climate-friendly alternatives.
