Industry coalition pulls out of appeal in CWA rule delay challenge

Industry groups that defended EPA's delay on implementing the Obama-era Clean Water Act (CWA) jurisdiction rule are pulling out of at least one of the array of court challenges to the delay, leaving the Trump administration as the sole defendant with briefing set to begin soon in the first of those cases to reach a federal appellate court.
