Judge handles final motions before TSCA fluoride trial

The federal judge presiding over the novel Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) petition trial overruled many of the handful of remaining motions during a June 5 hearing, the final such hearing before the trial is scheduled to begin June 8, reminding attorneys of the unique nature of the trial.
