Judge restarts novel EPA enforcement case against Denka

A federal judge in Louisiana has agreed to restart EPA’s novel Clean Air Act “imminent and substantial endangerment” enforcement action against Denka Performance Elastomer (DPE), though the suit is unlikely to continue under the incoming Trump administration.
