Litigation resumes in bid to block DOD’s PFAS incineration order

Environmentalists are resuming their litigation seeking to block the Defense Department (DOD) from incinerating firefighting foam containing per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), filing their opening brief in a federal court in Ohio after the litigation was moved there following a lengthy delay by a federal court in California.
