NAS panel slates meeting on NAAQS evidence standards

A National Academies of Sciences panel is slated to host a public meeting next week to consider the standards of evidence EPA uses to determine “causation” of adverse health effects by air pollutants during the agency’s reviews of national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS).
