New water suit poses early test for Pruitt on climate change

Environmentalists, fisherman and others are suing newly installed EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt, who questioned man-made climate change, in a bid to force the agency to create a “temperature pollution budget” for two Pacific Northwest rivers to protect salmon and steelhead that they say are under growing threat from warming waters caused by climate change.
