OMB approves EPA dispersants rule ahead of court deadline

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved EPA’s final rule that seeks to update the agency’s regulations governing oil spill dispersants and other chemical and biological agents, clearing the way for the agency to release the measure ahead of a May 31 court deadline.
