OMB clears final air toxics rule for site remediation

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has finished its review of EPA’s final rule governing regulatory exemptions from air toxics rules at waste cleanup sites, a measure that responds to environmentalists’ claims that the exemptions are unlawful.
