OMB completes review of EPA lead-free labeling rule

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has completed pre-publication review of a final EPA rule on the labeling of lead-free plumbing materials, a long-awaited effort to implement a 2011 law that made the definition of lead-free plumbing more stringent.
