OMB reviews RFS ‘pathways’ rule for canola oil

EPA has sent for White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) review a draft proposed rule inviting comment on the greenhouse gas properties of various biofuels made using canola oil feedstock, part of a process of approving new fuels that qualify for credit under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS).
