PacifiCorp threatens suit over EPA failure to act on states’ haze plans

Electric utility PacificCorp is threatening to sue EPA over the agency’s failure to approve state plans submitted by Utah and Wyoming to implement the agency’s regional haze program, following a similar threat by Wyoming over EPA’s failure to act on its plan.
