EPA's pesticides office is hiring additional employees with funds from industry fees collected under the agency's Pesticide Registration Improvement Act (PRIA) program after a critical report from the agency's Inspector General (IG) faulted the agency's management of its PRIA fund as leading to over reliance on appropriations.
