SBA urges CEQ to include small business in EJ scorecard

The Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy is urging the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) to include federal agencies’ success in reducing barriers to small businesses in disadvantaged communities as part of its environmental justice (EJ) scorecard that is open for public comment.
