Senate panel again delays vote on EPA counsel nominee

The Senate Environment & Public Works Committee has again postponed a vote on the Biden administration’s nominee to be EPA’s general counsel and is also temporarily holding off on votes for three nominees to the Chemical Safety Board (CSB).
