John Thune (R-SD) and Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) have introduced a bill to accelerate EPA’s approval of some advanced and cellulosic biofuels for renewable fuel standard (RFS) credit, reflecting growing frustration among producers of advanced biofuels about apparent agency obstruction of new production methods.
