Supreme Court denies petition to review Superfund contribution case

The Supreme Court has denied a petition from liable parties at a California Superfund site that argued the justices’ analysis in a recent Superfund contribution ruling supports their push for high court reversal of an adverse appellate ruling on when the clock starts on the statute of limitations to file such claims.
