Supreme Court grants EPA argument time in RFS waivers suit

The Supreme Court is granting EPA 15 minutes of argument time for an April 27 hearing on refiners’ appeal of a federal appeals court ruling that, if applied nationwide, could significantly restrict the agency’s ability to issue renewable fuel standard (RFS) compliance waivers for small refining companies.
