Trailer maker group renews call for detailed update on EPA GHG rule

A group representing trailer manufacturers is renewing its call for a federal appeals court to require a detailed report from EPA and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) about their reconsideration of Obama-era greenhouse gas and fuel economy limits for trailers. When the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in October stayed EPA's 2016 GHG standards for trailers, and also paused a suit challenging those provisions, it required EPA and NHTSA to provide periodic reports...
