Transition: Free-market group seeks White House climate council

A free-market think thank is outlining a series of recommendations for President-elect Donald Trump to dismantle the Obama administration's climate agenda, including the creation of a White House climate change council that would cut “through the politics and bias” that has “infected” climate science and policymaking.
