Trump team looks to Heartland for climate 'red team'

We start the week with news that EPA and the Trump administration is moving closer to assembling its “red team” for a potential “red-team, blue-team” review of climate science, and they’re looking to the well-known conservative think tank Heartland Institute for assistance.
