Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment (UPHE), representing health care professionals in the state who advocate for strong environmental protections, is asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit to reject an appeal by a high-profile aftermarket parts vendor of the first-ever successful Clean Air Act citizen suit over mobile sources.
