Utilities depart UARG after Wehrum probe begins

At least three investor-owned utilities have left the Utility Air Regulatory Group (UARG), the power sector lobbying group, in the wake of House Democrats’ investigation into ties between the influential group and EPA air chief Bill Wehrum, whose former law firm represents UARG.
