Virginia air board denies compressor station on EJ grounds

The Virginia Air Pollution Control Board has denied a permit for a compressor station for the Mountain Valley Pipeline on environmental justice (EJ) grounds, handing a victory to environmentalists who have so far struggled to get state regulators to address such concerns in permit decisions.
