Virginia poised to adopt California vehicle GHG, ZEV programs

The Virginia Senate has approved legislation adopting California’s low-emission vehicle (LEV) and zero emissions vehicle programs, paving the way for the state to become the first state in the South, and the 15th state nationally, to embrace California’s LEV rules.
