The White House says EPA will pursue reform of the renewable fuel standard (RFS) renewable identification number (RIN) compliance credit market to boost transparency and clamp down on speculation, as part of President Donald Trump's recent directive to the agency to allow year-round sales of 15-percent ethanol (E15) fuel.
