White House NEPA overhaul clears OMB review

The Trump administration’s sweeping overhaul of implementing rules for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) has cleared White House review, suggesting imminent issuance of the controversial regulation that will limit agencies’ requirements to analyze the environmental impacts of their major actions.
