5th Circuit Grants EPA Request To Remand Contested Texas Haze Air Plan

EPA has won its bid for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit to remand to the agency without vacating a contested precedent-setting plan for reducing haze-forming emissions in Texas and Oklahoma, rejecting a request from Texas and industry groups to scrap the entire plan but also denying EPA's bid to implement parts of it.
